This country home is situated on 5 acres 3hours west of Sydney on the outskirts of the village of Millthorpe and is central to Orange,Bathurst and Blayney.Cadia mine is a short drive.
Millthorpe has four distinct seasons. Mild/hot Summers,Colourful Autumns,Cool/cold winters with frost and snow. Want something a little different, this home is built with custom orb corrugated iron exterior walls and roof. The walls and roof are all insulated. The shed garage is quite big 11m x 15m, enough room for 3 cars, workshop, mowers, bikes, boat etc.There is power to shed with many lights and powerpoints. The centre roller door is operated by a remote control.
The garden is established with many native trees and shrubs and lawn around the house. There is a variety of Decidous trees as well as bush roses.There is some apple, cherry and nectarine trees planted as well.We have good quality soil as you can see from the garden.
The school bus goes past our gate, Millthorpe has a fantastic primary/infants school of around 130 students. Blayney which is 10 minutes away has a High School and a Catholic School for up to year 10. Bathurst has 3 High Schools, 3 Private High Schools, Charles Sturt University and a Tafe College and is 25 minutes drive. Orange has 2 High Schools and 3 Private High Schools.It also has a Tafe College and an Agricultural College and is a 18 minute drive.
There are no covenants on our property. You can have a caravan, horses, motorbikes or whatever you would like to do. The estate adjacent has strict covenants.
