FRAGRANT FARM is a tourist business we have operated for over twelve years, and we have a charming CRAFT SHOP (size of four garages), HERB GARDENS, DOLL AND DOLLSHOUSE DISPLAY and a FRIENDSHIP FARM. Children are welcome to help come and feed the animals morning and night in the Friendship Farm. There are horses, donkeys (Pedro and Pepsi), Shetland ponies (Nugget and Pickles), "Bambi" the deer, alpacas, goats, sheeps, big variety of poultry, geese, pheasant and guinea fowl, guinea pigs and rabbits, and birds in aviaries. (All our very tame and well loved animals and birds will need new owners, so can stay if you wish).

We open Fragrant Farm to the public just four days a week, and close for the month of January each year to have a welcome break each year. We have welcomed thousands of visitors, including hundreds of coach groups to see our Craft Shop, Gardens and the animals and birds in our Friendship Farm.

We also operate a 60 seat fully newly carpeted RESTAURANT facing north with magnificent views over our extensive gardens and Mudgee hills. The Restaurant is not open to the public, and we cater strictly for coach groups with over 25,000 meals served in the past few years. We also cater for small Weddings, Private Parties, Workshops and Conferences. (If the Restaurant is not used as a restaurant it makes a great party room!)

The main house consists of five bedrooms, large open kitchen/family room, dining/lounge room with slow combustion fire, air conditioner, bathroom, laundry, office, and two public toilets.

The Restaurant which is purpose built at the rear of the home measures a massive 8 X 12 metres, with floor to ceiling windows on three sides.

FRAGRANT FARM COTTAGE is quite separate from the main house, screened by trees, and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Fragrant Farm Cottage is a self contained cottage, very spacious and comfortable, with verandas on three sides with expansive views. We are located just 10 minutes pretty drive from Mudgee on the Hill End Road.

There are two large bedrooms with a queen size bed in one bedroom, and a queen size bed and two twin beds in the second bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen with stove, microwave and full size fridge. There is even room for a washing machine tucked in a pantry area!

The Cottage is very comfortable and warm in the winter months with a slow combustion stove. There is air conditioning, and overhead fans for the summer months. The Cottage has verandas on three sides. In the three years since we built the Cottage, we have been very pleased with the income provided from it, and rather than be greedy, we offer reasonable weekend rates, and a midweek special, which ensures the Cottage is full much of the time and is popular with families in the School Holidays who want a farm experience.
