* No capital investment required. i.e. you don抰 have to buy the business nor pay rent or lease.
* Just Walk-in and start operating the business with an already operational kitchen and restaurant/cafe/bar facility with indoor and outdoor seating for 50+ patrons.
* Revenue sharing partnership model with the current business owner.
* Lion share of revenue (80%) assigned to you, that can deliver huge profits to a smart operator who can optimise the running costs while maintaining high quality and service. (Current Revenue $35,000 per month, all from Hotel In-house guests, can be doubled if marketed to outside general public)
* You are only required to bring an excellent and proven record of running a successful food/restaurant/cafe/bar business and a natural drive to succeed and attitude to Deliver the best outcomes for the restaurant/cafe/bar business and the reputation of the hotel抯 Brand as a whole.
* As part of forming the partnership, you will be required to
o Come-up with a detailed plan on (how you plan to) increase the revenue and optimise the running costs, while Maintaining the quality and standard expected of a 4.5-star establishment.
o Bring your own expertise/staff/Suppliers if required.
o Manage your own costs & outgoings and optimise the running cost, i.e. wages, food, liquor, Electricity, Gas, Water and maintenance/ repair of equipment and having your own work cover and insurance
o Operate under the existing Liquor and Food licences.
o Commit minimum 3 years to the partnership
